Elko - Kate N. Kezar, 68, passed away at the Perry Houston County Hospital on Monday, January 18, 2009. Graveside Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Orange Hill Cemetery in Hawkinsville. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Watson-Hunt.
Mrs. Kezar was the daughter of the late Theo A. and Bess (Polhill) Nipper and lived in Houston County most of her life. She was retired from Civil Service at RAFB, a member of the Elko Baptist Church and the DAR.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Charles H. Kezar of Elko; two sons, Charles H. “Chuck” Kezar and William E. “Ed” Kezar, both of Elko; granchildren, Katie Kezar, Hydee Kezar, and Hollee Kezar, all of Elko; brother, William “Bill” Nipper of Atlanta.
