For 30 years the Chamber has been giving the Seabie Hickson award to a citizen or group of citizens of the Perry Area.
This year the award was presented to Mayor Worrall for his dedication and service to our community for over 55 years.
In a very heartfelt speech, Kim Sheridan spoke about Worrall’s 20 years of service to the community as Mayor along with a long list of accomplishments and dedication to not only the city, but students and many organizations.
Sheridan finished the presentation to Worrall and Ms. Frances by saying,
“Thanks to James Worrall for being the best Mayor around.”
A seabie Hickson plaque and monetary award was given to him and Ms. Frances.
